Rare Odd Records LLC is a Washington State music label offering beat licensing, music distribution, artist services, newsletter communications, and related creative services through this Site and associated platforms including BeatStars.

3. User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law
Upload or transmit harmful, infringing, or unlawful content
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy site content without authorization
Use automated tools to interact with the Site without written permission

4. Intellectual Property

Purchasing a beat license does not transfer ownership or copyright. Licenses grant limited, non-exclusive rights as specified at the time of purchase. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without a valid license agreement is strictly prohibited.

5. Beat License Terms

Beat licenses purchased through this Site or affiliated platforms are subject to the specific license agreement provided at checkout. General terms apply:

Non-exclusive licenses permit use in one project per purchase; resale or sublicensing is not permitted
Exclusive licenses transfer sole commercial rights upon full payment and execution of a written agreement
All licenses are non-refundable once the beat file has been delivered
Licensees are responsible for proper crediting as specified in the license agreement
